Northern Lights is the correct first issue with no number line to the copyright page, and Point, 7-9 Pratt Street printed to the bottom corner of the rear inside flap. The book is in near fine condition, and contains a small neat inscription on the front end paper. The page block is lightly tanned, as is common with this title, but the maroon boards are in stunning condition with no wear to the top or bottom of the spine tips or the corners.

The Subtle Knife is in fine condition, and is free of any names or inscriptions. The pages are clean and white, and there are no finger marks to any of the pages. The green and gilt boards are very clean and sharp, with no bumps, marks or scratches.

The Amber Spyglass is in fine condition, and is free of any names or inscriptions. The pages are clean and white, and there are no finger marks to any of the pages. The black and gilt boards are very clean and sharp, with no bumps, marks or scratches.

Northern Lights is unsigned, but the Subtle Knife and The Amber Spyglass are both signed on the title page by the author Philip Pullman. The Amber Spyglass has been additionally signed by David Fickling.
